Here at Lady Nightmares, our mission is to empower young athletes through high-level softball development, elite coaching, and competitive travel experiences. Based in Connecticut and home to five teams ranging from 10U to 18U, we are committed to teaching the game the right way—instilling skill, discipline, and a passion for excellence both on and off the field!
